We've Got A Problem
World Famous/Announcement
Since I never made mention of it here on the blog, most of you don't know that I was laid off from my job back at the end of July. I've not made a lot of captions since then as most of my time has been spent either practicing with my band or out searching for a job (or dealing with the food stamp and unemployment offices). But after a month and a half of constant searching I finally had my first real interview today! The General Manager and the Assistant Manager both interviewed me at the same time and they both seemed incredibly impressed by me, while I was just glad to finally have an opportunity to work again. Not to mention the fact that the blog will hit 2.5 MILLION views within just a couple of days, and now over 100 followers!
Thank you everyone for being such amazing fans of my work, and such a fantastic community!
And I know I have a BUNCH of requests backed up in my email, I will start getting to them soon! (The Requests page of the blog will be taken down shortly, if it hasn't already by the time you're reading this. It's just much easier to post everything in the home page where it can be seen, and you know as soon as it gets posted!)

assorteddebaucheries.blogspot.com will be celebrating its third(!!!) anniversary this coming October!
I will be hosting another Caption Contest, the winner of which will be the featured post on October 31st, 2015, just like last year! If you haven't seen last year's winning post, click here to check it out!
Official rules and regulations will be posted within the next couple of weeks. Will Brian Justus hold the crown for the second year in a row, or will a newcomer take the title? We'll find out soon enough!

Can't Let Go
For those of you who aren't reading the mobile version of this blog, take a glance at the right side of your screen - I've updated the "Facebook, Requests, Welcome!" portion a bit and as of today I will no longer be taking requests for caps that are left in the comments. A lot of times I just never see them and so I unfortunately can never get around to them! (If this has happened to you, email me with your request again and I will be sure to get it up ASAP!)
One last thing: the Caption Contest is ending soon! I have lots of really good entries so far, but there can be only one! It's not too late to submit if you haven't already! Happy capping, my debaucherous darlings ;)

Secondly, I apologize, I had said I would post the rules and such for this month's caption contest and I totally spaced it... So here they are!
Pretty simple really:
-Use any picture(s) you want, any size, just keep it legal by U.S. standards
-Up to 6 panels are allowed
-Any theme is allowed
-Have your entries emailed to me at assorteddebaucheries7609@gmail.com before 11:59PM California time on January 30th, 2014
